SHIPPING

How long after the initial order will I receive my jewelry?
We make every item to order, please allow 4-6 weeks from the time of your order to receive shipment. Once your payment clears, you’ll receive an email containing your invoice and additional shipping information, when your piece is ready and on the way, you’ll receive another email notification. For orders with multiple items, your order will ship once all items are ready for fulfillment. Note that international orders may take additional days depending on the country, for questions regarding international shipping contact us at info@arayvette.com

What should I expect for delivery times, prices, or taxes?
All US orders are sent using USPS, UPS, or FedEx tracked and insured services depending on which shipping option you chose at checkout. Once the item is posted you will receive an email from the shipping carrier with tracking details. All shipping costs will be shown on the checkout page and your invoice. We do not ship uninsured packages and are not responsible for items lost during transit beyond insurance.

I need this piece(s) sooner can you expedite my order?
We’re happy to rush production on your piece(s) and offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee depending on our ability to fulfill the request, contact us at info@arayvette.com.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to select international locations and use FedEx tracked and insured services. International customers are responsible for all customs fees and duties incurred. Once items are posted with the carrier, we are not responsible for items lost during transit beyond insurance.

PAYMENTS

What forms of payment do you take?
We take all major credit cards and PayPal payments.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

What is your return/ exchange policy?
If you’re not totally thrilled with your piece reach out and contact us to initiate a return or exchange. We give you 7 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your order excluding the cost of shipping. Where the wrong size was entered during the purchase of a bracelet, ring or necklace this will be considered a resizing and will incur further charges and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. Jewelry must be in new and unaltered condition and in its original packaging to be eligible for returns or exchanges. Refunds take approximately one week to process from the time of receipt and depending on your credit card carrier, it can take 5 - 7 days for the refund to post to your account.

Items not eligible for returns or exchanges:
Personalized jewelry: All initial jewelry, monogrammed and engraved items.
Specialized orders: Jewelry in a different gold color, gemstone combination we don’t offer on the site.
The above does not apply for faulty or wrong items shipped. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt if you notice any issues with your item, after we review the defect or wrong item sent, you may then choose to receive a replacement, have the item repaired, exchange for an alternative item, or receive a full refund. These must be sent back within 14 days in its original packaging. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear caused by you will not be accepted as faulty.

How do I return an item to you?
Customers are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs excluding items with defects. We strongly suggest adding insurance to the shipment for the dollar amount of your jewelry as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items in transit.

Can I exchange an item I received as a gift?
If you received an Ara & Yvette item as a gift and wish to return for a store refund reach out to us to initiate the process. Once we receive your item, we'll email you your refund in the form of store credit for the full purchase price excluding the return shipping fee. To be eligible for a return, the piece must be unworn in original condition and packaging.

PACKAGING

How will my jewelry be packaged for delivery?
Your jewelry will arrive packaged securely in an Ara & Yvette recycled paper jewelry box with a branded suede pouch.

Do you offer gift-wrapping service?
To minimize package waste we don't offer additional gift wrapping but all orders come in an Ara & Yvette jewelry box with a branded suede pouch and is ready for gifting.

JEWELRY CARE

How should I clean my jewelry piece?
Tarnish and wear of gold jewelry can usually be prevented by storing your jewelry in a soft pouch like the one included with purchase. Do not use chemical cleaners on metal or gemstone as they can be too harsh and could potentially cause damage. Take your jewelry piece to a professional jeweler for regular maintenance to keep your piece looking new or send them back to use for care and cleaning.

How should I care for my jewelry?
Treat jewelry as a valuable piece of adornment and be cautious particularly for rings and bracelets as they are prone to wear and tear on the hands.
Avoid putting your jewelry in contact with water including swimming pools, hot tubs, and showers as well exposing it to chemicals such as hairspray or perfume. This can cause discoloration on either the metal or stone as well as cause cracks in stones.
Prongs and precious metals, in general, wear over time and may require restoration work as part of regular maintenance. It is your responsibility to properly take care of your jewelry in order to avoid losing or damaging your stones.


REPAIRS

Do you offer repairs on your jewelry?
Our jewelry is made to last and we’re obsessed with quality, we meticulously check each piece before shipping. If your jewelry needs repairs due to normal wear and tear or you would like a cleaning of your piece for maintenance, we’re happy to assist with jewelry purchased from Ara & Yvette, drop us a line for more information. Depending on the nature of the repair additional costs may apply.

BESPOKE / CUSTOM WORK

Can you personalize a piece of jewelry on your site?
If you want to alter the metal type, stone color combination, or have an engraving added to an existing design from our collection please get in touch at info@arayvette.com and we’ll work with you to personalize your piece whenever possible.

I have an idea for a piece of jewelry in mind, can you make it?
Unfortunately we do not offer custom design services at the moment.

ABOUT THE COLLECTION

Where and how is your collection made?
We’re based in California & Hawaii and our home office is located in California. Our pieces are handmade where jewelry dreams are made of in NYC, Hong Kong, and Thailand.

Can I see your collection in person?
We don’t have a brick and mortar and we're working hard to get our jewelry into boutiques around the nation for in person viewing. Drop us a line to let us know where you'd like to see our jewelry in person and we'll do what we can to accommodate.

Do you have gift certificates?
Yes! We offer digital gift certificates, please see this item in our "shop all" section.

Do you lend out pieces for press or stylists?
If the item in question is available, we are happy to lend it out. We require a proof of insurance or a credit card for holds. Email us for more information.

Do you do wholesale?
